Biography: I have been a professional public school educator in the USA State of Florida for over twenty years. My previous experiences involve art education, elementary school education which incorporates an SLD inclusion model, as well as various positions within the Title I program. My most recent educational experience involves gifted and math education at the elementary school level. My professional interests emphasize the integration of multiple modality approaches to include variety of technologies designed to target various learner intelligences. In June, 2009 I graduated from Full Sail University with an Educational Media Design and Technology Masters in Science degree, where I became exposed to the use of Quest Atlantis in the 21st Century classroom.

Quest Atlantis in Central Florida

The Quest Atlantis experience is taking over the Central Florida area like a storm. As Central Floridians, we have grown accustomed to all kinds of storms, but Quest Atlantis is “blowing everyones mind”. Starting with the first two schools last year, we now have nine trained schools within the Seminole County area. At the same time as the quantity of participating schools increases, a number of support structures have been designed to insure a strong collaborative network for educators participating in the QA virtual world environment.
